The idea of a protective Logan fits so well with everything that might have happened to Marlie that night (I like that it's vague, and I don't really need the whole story.)
Now bring on Logan's screaming matching with Lianne! She so deserves it for failing to pay attention to the party situation (something she clearly never worried about with Veronica (if that Homecoming is any indication.))
